The 2 Robs’ Golf Tournament is a fundraiser established to supplement Fort Valley State University's men's and women’s basketball programs, led by Montez M. Robinson and Douglas Robertson, respectively. Once the Division II head basketball coaches discovered resource needs for their programs, which were heightened during times of economic uncertainty and cutbacks, they decided to partner with external supporters to host a community fundraiser to benefit their programs.
